Privacy Policy
How Ona Kiyo handles your data, your clients' data, and — most importantly — your photographs.

What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, phone, studio name), photos and metadata you upload, and standard technical logs (IP, browser, request timestamps) needed to run the service and prevent abuse.

How we use it
To deliver galleries, process payments, prevent fraud, and answer support requests. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate product usage — never to build advertising profiles.

Your photographs
Your originals are stored in region-appropriate object storage and served over TLS. We never sell them, never share them with third parties, and never use them to train AI or ML models.
- § 04
Client data
When your clients view a gallery, we store only what's needed to make it work (session, favourites, download history). Clients can request deletion at any time via support@onakiyo.com.
- § 05
Retention
Active studio content is retained while your subscription is active. On cancellation, originals are kept for 60 days then permanently deleted. Backups are rotated on a 30-day cycle.
- § 06
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your studio settings, or by emailing us. We honour requests within 30 days.
