Terms of Service

1. § 01

   Your account

   You need an account to publish galleries, list work, or manage clients on Ona Kiyo. You're responsible for the security of your login and for anything published under your studio.

2. § 02

   Your content

   Photographs, galleries, and studio materials you upload remain yours. You grant Ona Kiyo a limited licence to store, transcode, and display them solely to run the platform on your behalf. We never sell your content or use it to train AI models.

3. § 03

   Client galleries

   You are responsible for the accuracy of gallery contents and for honouring the download and licence terms you present to your clients. Ona Kiyo provides tools for password protection, expiry, and licensing — enable them for private work.

4. § 04

   Payments

   Subscription fees are billed in USD. Mobile-money and card processing fees are set by the underlying provider (EVC Plus, eDahab, Sahal, card networks). Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis via support.

5. § 05

   Acceptable use

   You may not publish content that infringes third-party rights, depicts non-consenting subjects, or violates local laws. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that do.

6. § 06

   Termination

   You can cancel any time. On cancellation we keep your originals accessible for 60 days so you can migrate, then permanently delete them.

7. § 07

   Changes

   We may update these terms; if we do, we'll notify studios by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
